You have a bowl of soup with a main meal. You can also eat lean meat (cooked in the oven or seared) and cooked or steamed vegetables.

Day 7

One soup, plus whole grain rice with as many vegetables as you want. Also seasonal fruit.

  • 3 chopped onion
  • 1/2 kg of peeled tomatoes
  • 400 g green beans
  • 1/2 L tomato juice

  • 400 g meat broth
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Preparation:
