It should be noted, however, that eggs naturally contain less fat when cooked or baked than when fried.
3. Poultry skin
This includes the skin on the chicken or turkey. They stimulate the accumulation of fat in the blood vessels.
For example, chicken wings are often skin-fried or deep-fried. Even if it may seem harmless at first glance, poultry skin is usually high in calories and lipoproteins.
A single fried chicken wing contains approximately 10 grams of fat and 160 calories. It is therefore advisable to remove the skin before cooking. When frying, it is advisable to use olive oil and cooking spray instead of butter.
4. Dairy products
We often eat them several times a day, yet we don’t realize how damaging they can be to our health. This is especially true for the whole milk variants.
Milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, ice cream and cream … they all can cause buildup and blockages in our blood vessels.
For example, butter is made from cream. It is high in saturated fat. It is therefore recommended that you buy dairy products that are made with skimmed milk or that are naturally low in fat. In addition, daily consumption should be reduced.
5. Trans fats
Many of the foods we eat in everyday life contain trans fats or partially hydrogenated fats. They are one of the main reasons for clogged blood vessels.
