  • 1 teaspoon of honey (7.5 g)

preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil and then use it to scald the herbs.
  • Let the infusion sit for 10 minutes and stir it slowly during this time.
  • Then pour through a sieve.
  • Now you can sweeten the tea with honey and drink it slowly after dinner until you go to bed.

6. Drink against depressive mood

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh valerian leaves (10 g)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

preparation

  • Pour the cold water over the herb mixture.
  • Let this drink steep for 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Then pour through a sieve and sweeten with honey.
  • It’s best to drink this herbal water 15 minutes before going to bed.
