We’ll start with the classic version, but add a little more mustard. We recommend extra virgin olive oil, which is characterized by its healthy properties. Let’s start with that! 

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar (40 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon organic mustard powder (2.5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (2.5 g)
  • 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil (500 ml)

preparation

  • First mix the eggs, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder and sea salt with the hand blender or in a blender until everything is well integrated.
  • Then you add the oil very slowly while continuing to mix.
  • Gradually, the mayonnaise thickens and acquires its typical consistency. If it is still a little too thin, you can add a little more oil and keep stirring.
  • Then put the mayonnaise in a sealable glass container and store it in the refrigerator.

2. Homemade mayonnaise with carrots

How about mayonnaise as a spread? If you love carrots, you will surely like this variant. You can easily make them and enjoy them straight away. This recipe is a little easier than the first. It also tastes like garlic, oregano and cayenne pepper.

ingredients

  • 1/2 glass of olive or sunflower oil (100 ml)
  • 3 steamed carrots
  • Juice of one lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • Oregano, cayenne pepper and coriander (to taste)

Manufacturing

  • Steam the carrots until tender.
  • Then put in a blender jar and add the garlic, lemon juice and other spices.
  • Process everything well and then slowly add the oil until the characteristic texture of mayonnaise is created.

  • fresh cress (200 g)
  • homemade mayonnaise (basic recipe at the top) (150 g)
  • Cream cheese (100 g)
  • 4 surimi sticks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (40 ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

preparation

  • Wash and clean the cress and remove the roots.
  • Then process all ingredients well in the mixer until a creamy cream is formed.
  • First put this mayonnaise in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then it tastes wonderful!

    4. Mayonnaise with lime and coriander

    • 10 fresh, chopped coriander leaves
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup of olive oil (250 ml)

    preparation

    • Process all ingredients well with the mixer until the mayonnaise has its typical consistency.
    • Use this mayonnaise for salads, fish or meat.
